Step by step guide to create a Facebook group
Being a Park Agent, we highly recommend creating a Facebook group to keep up to date with your customers, share the latest Park news, as well as get excited for the big day!
Creating a private group, allows your customers to join and talk freely about Christmas, ALL YEAR LONG! Having this space to promote yourself as an agent on Facebook, will help grow your agency too – plus you can invite anyone on Facebook to join!
Here’s how to get cracking….
On your laptop/computer:
1. Open up Facebook and on the left hand side of the screen you’ll see the option for groups, click that.

2. Click the ‘create new group’ button on the left side of the screen

3. Now it’s time to get creative! Give your group a name, we recommend making it clear you’re a Park Agent in this ‘Patricia’s Park Christmas Savings – Agent 🎅🎄’ for example.

4. It’s up to you if you want to set the group to private or public – if it’s private, your customers might talk more freely, if it’s public, everyone can see what’s being said which might help grow your agency quicker!
5. Invite your customers, your friends, your family! Anyone who you think might be interested in getting ahead with Christmas.
6. Click ‘create group’!
7. Now you’ve put your tree up, it’s time to add the decorations! On the Park Agent Hub, we’ve lots of group cover photos, pictures you can share on social media and all the tools you could need to run your agency!
8. Pick one of the cover photos and add it your group, this way when people join they know straight away you’re a Park agent.
On your phone:
1. Open up the Facebook app on your phone and tap the ‘menu’ button in the bottom right corner

2. Then tap groups in the list of options on the left hand side.

3. When the groups tab opens up, there is a + sign in the top right corner, click that and then ‘create a group’.
