Here’s some suggested wording for your WhatApp messages….

I’m a Park Agent, it’s my job to help you plan for the most magical time of the year. I’m not sure if you know about this, but if you have any money left on your Love2shop Card from last year and, as long as it isn’t expired then you can swap it for store specific e-Gift cards to use online, or in the stores which are still open. You can swap for shops like ASDA, B&Q and Morrisons. You can also pick e-Gift cards that can be spent online at places like The Entertainer, ASOS, New Look, Sports Direct, Nike and M&S. starting at just £10.
